8. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription fees will be charged to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis according to your subscription plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GLP TOGETHER, INC., ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9.3 Health-Related Disclaimers

WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR HEALTH-RELATED CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE IN THE DIAGNOSIS, CURE, MITIGATION, TREATMENT, OR PREVENTION OF DISEASE.
